Xbijee Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using xbijee.app ("Platform", "Website", "we"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between xbijee and the user ("you", "member").

Xbijee is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, lottery, live betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing or registering on the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Xbijee reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To register on xbijee and use the platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 Years must be met.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and located in an area where online betting is legally permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• A person may only An Account you may open. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are not registering using a proxy or VPN.

You will be required to provide a valid mobile number and email address at registration. xbijee reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time and may request the necessary documentation.

You are solely responsible for the security of your xbijee account. Keep your login credentials confidential and do not allow anyone else to access your account.

Account Security

• Use a strong password that you haven't used anywhere else.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
• If you notice any suspicious login or account activity, contact support right away.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.

Account Information Update

If your name, address, or banking details change, notify xbijee immediately. xbijee will not be held responsible for any payment issues arising from outdated information.

Xbijee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior verification if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.

The following rules must be followed when making a deposit on xbijee:

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming on xbijee. Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited — only payment methods registered in your own name are allowed.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal from xbijee:

• The account's KYC verification must be completed.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will be held if the wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Xbijee reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled in cases of fraudulent or suspicious activity. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

The following rules apply when placing bets on xbijee:

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is successfully confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details before placing your bet. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued.

Odds & Markets

• Xbijee reserves the right to change odds at any time.
• The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Bets cannot be placed on any market that is closed.
• Xbijee reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event does not start within 36 hours of the scheduled time, all bets on that event will be cancelled and funds refunded. For partially completed events, xbijee's established policy will be followed.

Xbijee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before acceptance.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must meet a specified wagering requirement (typically 5x–20x) before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses may only be applicable to specific sports or markets.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• A member may use a bonus offer only once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same device is strictly prohibited.

Xbijee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account will be closed and all bonuses along with any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbijee and will result in permanent account termination:

• Match Fixing or Data Manipulation: Placing bets using insider or confidential information.
• Money Laundering: Using the xbijee platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Multiple Accounts: Running multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets automatically using bots or scripts.
• Hacking or System Damage: Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• False Identity: Opening or operating an account using another person's details.

All content on xbijee.app — including logos, designs, code, text, graphics, images, and other materials — is the exclusive property of xbijee and is protected by copyright law.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without xbijee's prior written consent is prohibited. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

Xbijee is not liable for the following:

• Bets not placed or missed due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Losses caused by errors or delays on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Account hacking or data theft resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, server attacks, and similar unforeseen circumstances.

Xbijee's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the user's account balance.

Xbijee may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these rules and terms.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Members may also close their account at any time themselves. To do so, Help Centerto get in touch. Any remaining balance after account closure will be refunded subject to verification.

If you have a dispute or complaint with xbijee, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved quickly and amicably.

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Step 1: Help Centervia or support@xbijee.appto send us an email.
2. Step Two: xbijee will provide an initial response within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
3. Step Three: For complex cases, a final decision will be communicated within 30 days.
4. Step Four: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, resolution will be sought through mediation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be settled in the appropriate courts of Dhaka.

Xbijee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or SMS.

Updated terms take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the right to close your account.
